Andrew Kleopa is a real estate investor from Boca Raton, Florida. Andrew mostly works with residential rental properties but also has the interest to invest in commercial properties. His degree was concentrated in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations, which has helped him throughout his career.
Andrew Kleopa has owned and operated businesses and has acted as a business consultant. He was the owner and operator of Miramar Petroleum Enterprises LLC, where he was responsible for numerous different aspects of the business. Aside from the general day-to-day operations, Andrew was also responsible for obtaining approvals and permits from the city and monthly accounting and finances. Andrew also operated multiple family-owned businesses where he was responsible for things such as merchandising and pricing.
Andrew has since stopped running businesses and began investing in real estate. He had owned a property in Highland Beach Florida at the Highland Beach Club for some time. This property was a condo that Andrew was able to rent out for the entire time of his ownership. Andrew sold the condo at the height of the real estate market. He owns two other homes in The Preserve community in Boca Raton. Andrew is currently looking for additional investment properties. He is seeking residential or commercial real estate properties as well as land and small businesses. Andrew Kleopa would like to share his knowledge to help other companies or to begin a business of his own.
Aside from real estate, Andrew is also interested in the stock market. He invests and trades stock for himself daily. Andrew Kleopa’s hobbies include many outdoor activities such as golfing, fishing, and boating. He also enjoys basketball, football, working out, and traveling.
