Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said being the Prime Minister this time around is “even tougher” as he has to clean up a high level of corruption in the government machinery. He was delivering a talk on “The Future of Democracy in Asia” at The Royal Institute of International Affairs, commonly known as Chatham House in London on Monday.
