Little Lance Wood is one child who won't be trick or treating with his friends this Halloween due to a mystery condition which means he can't eat SWEETS. The battling six-year-old has baffled doctors who cannot diagnose the illness which has left him with a weakened swallowing mechanism. It means he struggles to break down many solid foods preventing him from enjoying chocolates, sweets or lollipops.
