RECIPE: 400g or 14 oz white leftover bread 2 eggs 50g or 1.7 oz butter 1 red onion 1-2 handsful of parsley 3 sage leaves 250ml or 1 cup of warmed up milk Salt to taste Pepper to taste Breadcrumbs or flour if required
