Facing defeat against L-G Najeeb Jung, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has advised people of Delhi to approach L-G with their problems. The Delhi High Court on Thursday ruled that the capital as a union territory is mainly charge of the Lieutenant Governor. The order is seen as a major set back for Arvind Kejriwal who is in a turf war with the LG.
