Mexican Energy Minister Pedro Joaquin Caldwell denied a Wikileaks report revealing that Hillary Clinton was involved in drawing up Mexico’s energy reform when she was Secretary of State. According to e-mails disclosed by Wikileaks, the presidential candidate led a series of actions to promote the privatization of Mexico’s energy industry. On Monday, Caldwell called the accusations absurd and said that Enrique Peña Nieto’s energy reform is 100% made in Mexico. teleSUR
