I am thinking of making a new series of typical family meals in different parts of Vietnam. Let's start with Da Lat, a city located in central Highlands of Vietnam. This meal features 3 dishes with popular ingredients in Da Lat:
- Artichoke and Pork Hock Soup (Atisô hầm giò heo), a signature dish of Da Lat
- Carol Lettuce Salad (xà lách trộn dầu dấm) and
- Stir-fried artichoke stems with garlic (cọng atisô xào tỏi)
