Proud of my son again as he keeps getting over his own hurdles. This summer I've been pushing him to get over his fear of losing at any game whether it's outdoors playing with friends or video games and old school games are a good tool to help him with that as most of them were punishing and unforgiving. Today was Connor's first time ever playing the Sega Genesis and like a lot of us who grew up in the 90's, his very first game was "Sonic The Hedgehog 2" and he did pretty good. His second game was "Robocop VS The Terminator". He handled both games like a champ, even when he died he took it well and still had fun. Very good day and kind of made me teary eyed watching him play it because I remember being a kid when I first played the Genesis. Lots of good memories. Please forgive the glare on the T.V. and poor audio quailty but I didn't have any Mics hooked up like in my other videos.
