The third round of talks between Cuba and the United States got underway today, in an effort to normalize relations between the two countries. Cuba's Foreign Minister Josefina Vidal and U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Roberta Jacobson discussed one of Cuba's key demands, the removal of the island nation from the U.S. State Sponsors of Terrorism list.
