Note: After you follow all the steps in this video, You have to accept the steam email confirmation in your E-mail: Called "Confirm Opt-Out of Trade Confirmation Emails" and click on "Yes, opt-out of trade confirmation emails" and after that you will be able to trade with anyone without a issue :)
