- Heat oil in a wok. - Once the oil is hot, add the garlic, red chili, french beans and carrots and stir fry these vegetables on a high flame for about 1 minute. - Add schezwan sauce to the above ingredients and mix it well with the veggies. - Add a little bit of soya sauce and vinegar along with the boiled rice and mix all the ingredients well. - Add salt to taste and toss the rice and vegetables to mix all the ingredients well.
