Venezuela's public institutions have joined forces to get homeless, addicts, and alcoholics off the streets. Homeless citizens are offered the opportunity to go to rehabilitation centers, where they go through detoxification and/or social reintegration processes that lasts between 9 months and a year. teleSUR
