Is Europe's car industry back on the right track? Car executives are hoping for growth again after sales in the European Union hit a two-decade low last year. Spanish brand SEAT is hoping to ride the wave higher. It managed to buck the trend in 2013, increasing its sales by around 10 percent. But it failed to make a profit for its owner Volkswagen.
