00:07Hi, everybody. I'm Paul Wards. I am the CEO of Pros and Pixels in the UK and the global president.
00:14Yes, and I'm Stephanie, the CEO of Pros and Pixels in the US. And what are we going to talk
00:20about today?
00:20I think we're going to talk about craft. In fact, we're going to talk about craft at scale.
00:24At scale. With AI.
00:25With AI. Okay. How that changed a lot. And that's a big conversation that we have been hearing
00:30in every single place around Canon. Actually, we were doing some presentations to clients
00:35that wanted to learn more. So what we can talk more about.
00:38We talk about it endlessly as a team, don't we, as a management team. We say to all of
00:43the clients all of the time, we don't want to be part of your flooding the world with
00:47more . We want to make less content, but better. And that's through craft. And we want to,
00:53you know, everything we make, we want to make it beautiful. We want to make sure that
00:57everything looks fantastic and is crafted to the nth degree.
01:00And this is a creativity festival. So I think it's super important for us to keep talking
01:04about creativity. And I think the thing that I love the most on this type of work that we
01:09are doing to scale and support clients is actually how that actually support the agencies as well.
01:15Because by doing that, we are removing a lot of the friction, letting creatives to focus
01:20on the big concepts, the big creativity that they should be doing while we support the clients
01:27only scaling formats and also thinking about how that converge with audience first model,
01:34but never forgetting about the craft. So I think for me, that moment where we are actually
01:39scaling a campaign, but keeping the core idea alive, keeping the craft of the origination
01:47of that idea for me, it's one of the beautiful things about scaling.
01:51I agree. I used to work for a wonderful creative guy called John Hegarty. And he used to say
01:57to me all of the time that the producer is the third creative in the room. And we want to
02:03make sure that our production departments, our teams add value with every time they touch
02:08a project, they need to get better. And I think with platforms like Vermeer, we're really
02:14doing that. We're really able to set, get that creative idea and explode it in a video, on
02:20a paper, photography, whatever it is. And actually now it's starting to collapse that process and
02:26bring origination and distribution together. And it's even better for our relationship with
02:31the creative aid and choose. And I think you touch again, Vermeer, which is a big topic.
02:35We love to talk about Vermeer every single day and every single moment.
02:39Vermeer, Vermeer, Vermeer. Vermeer, a lot of times. We are having an experience of Vermeer
02:43here inside the Havas Café, which is great because it shows a little bit of like the taste of how
02:49Vermeer works and how the personalization within Vermeer can work in a very creative way as well.
02:55What I truly love about Vermeer is that it can start from pre-production support. It can start
03:02from concepting to help creatives to concept something to bring to the clients. It can help
03:07on all the phases throughout the production. It can support animatics. And from there still,
03:14also do the big splash of beautiful films.
03:16Yeah, I mean, the message I think for us out to the business is you bring the ideas and we'll
03:22smash it.
