00:00Sunset is happening here in Manasha, Wisconsin, one of the hardest hit communities from the
00:05very large destructive tornado. You can see a lot of these large well-built homes that
00:10are totally destroyed here in town. And you can see large trees as well, vehicles that
00:16are upside down. This shows you the force of the tornado, a likely multiple vortex tornado
00:20when it came through. Looks to be about a mile wide, so it's definitely a very wide
00:25tornado that had a tighter inner core of more extensive damage. You can see the
00:29worst damage here is on the higher topography of this community just to
00:34the south of Appleton, Wisconsin. And this thing happened at noon, very early for
00:39these destructive tornadoes to happen, moved off to the southeast, and a very
00:43strong inflow is feeding into this storm. So we knew it was a surface-based storm, but
00:47you can see the recovery effort has begun here in town. No power, and the water
00:52filtration plant was heavily damaged, so definitely a boil order is in play here.
