Lean back slightly so your torso is at about 45° to the floor (keep a straight spine, chest proud). Option A (easier): Keep heels lightly touching the ground. Option B (harder): Lift feet off the floor, knees bent at 90° (V-sit position). Clasp hands together or hold a weight/plate/med ball in front of your chest. Brace your core (like you’re about to be punched). Rotate your torso to the right until your hands almost touch the floor beside your hip. Rotate all the way to the left in one controlled motion. That’s 1 rep.
