00:05We said, hey, he's in the building every day,
00:07and you really appreciate that as an organization, right?
00:11Yeah, I mean, I think it just goes back to everybody's always asking
00:14how guys like Jason and Jalen lead.
00:17And, you know, this season, Jalen taking a next step leadership-wise.
00:23And those guys just, they lead in different ways.
00:27But it's great that they do it.
00:30And so, you know, I think that's the way that Jason leads
00:33is being in the building, being in the organization,
00:36being around everyone and working hard.
00:38And Jalen leads the same way by being, he was here yesterday,
00:43playing, working out with everybody, and has been in here.
00:46And those guys, they lead differently,
00:49but they're both very impactful on how they do it.
00:52So it's a testament to them.
00:53And I think it makes, when you go through changes like we have,
00:58having those two guys as your staple leadership-wise,
01:01you know, makes it easy to adapt with those changes.
