04:51Respected audience, you may remember that we have mentioned the commandments of justice and murder

05:33It should be kept in mind that the property that is left after the death of a person will be distributed among the relatives and heirs

06:04The commandments of the law of inheritance had not yet been revealed
06:10At that time, Allah had revealed the law of will
06:15And before that, it was obligatory to make a will
06:24But when the commandments of the law of inheritance were revealed, it was no longer obligatory
06:47It is said that a person cannot understand the Qur'an only by translating the verses of the Qur'an
06:55Until and unless he knows the details of the verses of the Qur'an
07:04So, in the verses of the Qur'an, it is obvious that it is obligatory

08:03So, it is said that a person should make a will first for his parents and then for his relatives
08:10And it should be done in a good way

08:17Taqwa is also associated with this
08:20That your wealth should be distributed in the right way
08:23Your wealth should reach the right people
08:26This is also related to Taqwa
08:28Not only Namaz, Rauza and Taqwa
08:30Your wealth should be distributed in the right way
08:33This is also called a right on the righteous
08:37Earlier, it was said that you can make a will for your wealth
08:45But when the laws of inheritance were revealed, there was another change
08:51The first change was that the will was obligatory
08:54Now, the will is not obligatory
08:56The second change was that after the laws of inheritance were revealed, you cannot make a will for more than one third of your wealth
09:05Now, it is the right of the heirs
09:08And you will not make a will for the heirs
09:11They have to get the same wealth
09:13If you make a will for more than one third of your wealth
09:15Then you will do it in the third part of your wealth
09:18If you divide your wealth into three parts
09:22Then you can make a will in one part
09:25If you make a will for more than one third of your wealth
09:30Then it will not be valid
09:31It will be invalid
09:32If you make a will for more than one third of your wealth
09:34Then it will not be valid
09:35If you make a will for less than one third of your wealth
09:37Then it will be valid
09:40So, after the laws of inheritance were revealed
09:45The laws of will were obligatory
09:49And it was better to do it
09:51Which is mentioned in these verses
09:53Then it is said

10:13We make fake wills

11:30Someone's lie should be attributed
11:33The wealth he will get
11:35Will be finished
11:37But his punishment will remain
11:39So, Allah says
11:41Surely Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing

11:47Allah knows everything
11:49You can throw dust in the eyes of the world
11:53But you can't deceive the power
11:55You can't deceive the angels

12:12And he tries to reconcile

12:26From the point of view of Shariah
12:28If a knowledgeable person
12:30Is a scholar
12:32He understands that

12:36Has been biased
12:38Or he has committed
12:40Something against Shariah
12:42Then he can go and tell them
12:44That the decision you have made
12:46Is against Shariah
12:50And people will be against it
12:52Because of your decision
12:54So, you should
12:56Reconcile
12:58You should come to the right path
13:00If someone is hurt
13:02Because of your action
13:04Then you should rectify it
13:06You are on the wrong path
13:08If someone is afraid
13:10Of being on the side of the will
13:12Or of committing a sin
13:14Then there is no harm in it
13:16Similarly
13:18It can also happen
13:20That when the will has been made
13:22Then after making the will
13:24When

13:30If a religious scholar sees
13:32That the will has been made
13:34By his elders
13:36Then there is something against Shariah
13:38So, he can go to them

13:52No, my father did this

13:56How can I change this
13:58No, the biggest command

14:30We see a lot of people

14:34That in your inheritance
14:36In your will
14:38Here and there
14:40You are making a mistake
14:42So, when they see the mistake
14:44They say, okay, I have a loss
14:46In rectifying it
14:48I will sacrifice some wealth
14:50But I will not sacrifice
14:52The will of my Lord
14:54I have seen this in a lot of cases
14:56Alhamdulillah
14:58May Allah reward all the inheritors
15:00And all the believers
15:02Who leave wealth
15:04On the command of Allah
15:06But they don't sell their faith
15:08They give themselves
15:10To Allah and the Prophet
15:12Then Allah gives blessings in their wealth
15:14Whether they get more wealth or not
15:16The world is a world
15:18There is poverty here
15:20There is difficulty here
15:22It is not that there is poverty
15:24You can kill this and that
15:26This is not a command
15:28Then you are not willing to share
15:30The real thing is
15:32This is where you get hurt
15:34This is where the person

15:38How much he is a believer
15:40So, there is a loss

15:46Ask if this is permissible or not

28:25Allah has made fasting obligatory on you so that you become righteous.
28:30Allah has given its purpose in one sentence.
28:35And Allah has connected fasting with Taqwa.
28:39So, fasting has not been associated with anything.
28:50It has been associated with Taqwa.
28:52That you have to fast and you have to improve yourself.
28:57Taqwa talks about the reformation of a person's mind.
29:02It talks about the inner and outer aspects of a person's guidance.
29:08So, a righteous person is one who is bound by the commandments of Allah.
29:14So, fasting makes a person righteous.
29:18That is, he follows the commandments of Allah.
29:21And it is very clear.
29:23Did you fast?
29:25Why?
29:27Because Allah has given the command.
29:29Okay.
29:31It is hot.
29:33You also need cold water.
29:36Is it kept in the fridge?
29:38Yes, it is kept.
29:39Are the juices kept?
29:40Yes, they are kept.
29:41Are the juices Halal?
29:43Absolutely Halal.
29:44Is the water Halal?
29:45Absolutely Halal.
29:46So, you have left these Halal things.
29:48Why?
29:49You have earned it with your own hard work.
29:51It is your property, everything.
29:53I have left it because Allah has told me to.
29:55Wow!
29:57Subhanallah!
29:58So, do you do whatever Allah tells you to do?
30:01Yes, absolutely.
30:03So, this is not a one-month fast.
30:06This is a twelve-month fast.
30:10If you learn this,
30:12that I have to do whatever Allah tells me to do.
30:15The moment Allah tells me to leave this,
30:18I leave it.
30:20I do this, I do that.
30:22This is Taqwa.
30:25Fasting brings a person's nature on the platform of Taqwa.
30:31It brings his nature on the way of Taqwa.
30:34And it shows the way to a person
30:37that this is the real purpose.
30:39That is why it is said that
30:41you have fasted and you are abusing.
30:45You have fasted and you are lying too.
30:48You are fighting too.
30:53You are doing everything.
30:55The Prophet said that he is not just fasting.
30:58He is hungry.
31:00He only got hunger.
31:02He did not get anything else.
31:04Fasting did not come just to keep you hungry.
31:07Fasting came to make you righteous.
31:10So, where does a righteous person abuse?
31:13Where does he lie?
31:16Where does he eat interest?
31:18Where does he break his promise?
31:20Where does he betray his trust?
31:24So, when you leave certain things
31:26at the behest of Allah,
31:28then this is an invitation for the rest of your life.
31:31This is an invitation for the rest of your life.
31:34That now you have to stay on the path of Allah.
31:37And this is a one-month practice.
31:40See, how much is the grace of Allah.
31:43Fast for a full month of Ramadanul Mubarak.
31:48So, the nature of a person is inclined.
31:52And he gets a boost.
31:56He gets energy.
31:58He gets charging.
32:00For the whole month, for the whole year,
32:02he has to follow the command of Allah.
32:04That is why the Prophet used to say
32:07that get your children married
32:09at the age of nikah.
32:11And whoever has the convenience of nikah,
32:14he should get married.
32:16And whoever does not have the convenience of nikah,
32:19he should fast.
32:22Because by fasting,
32:24a person is saved from evil eye.
32:27By fasting,
32:29the veins of a person
32:31get tired of the devil.
32:33The devil runs in the veins,
32:35so by fasting,
32:37you suppress the devil.
32:39He becomes weak.
32:41When he becomes weak,
32:43your spirituality becomes strong.
32:45This spirituality becomes strong
32:47that you have to follow the command of Allah.
32:50And the devil becomes weak by fasting.
32:53So,
32:55Allah has declared this as a shield.
32:58As-sawmu junna.
33:00Allah has declared iftari as a joy.
33:05And has declared it as a means of meeting Allah.
33:10In fact, what will be more than this
33:12that Allah has declared
33:14that fasting is for me
33:16and I am the reward for it.
33:20This is the reward for this action,
33:22and this is the reward for that action.
33:24And I am the reward for fasting.
33:27And the gate of the fasting person
33:29will be opened on the day of judgement
33:31to go to heaven.
33:33What will be his protocol?
33:35Whose door is this?
33:37Bab-us-Sa'imeen.
33:42This is the gate of the fasting person.
33:46So, may Allah grant us the love of this worship.
33:50And through this,
33:52we will be saved from sins.
33:54This is the real purpose of this,
33:56the attainment of righteousness.
33:58May Allah grant it to all of us.
34:00So, you can see how comprehensive this verse is.
34:02The commandments of fasting will come later.
34:04But in the first verse,
34:06Allah has declared its obligation.
34:08He has also declared its historical sequence.
34:10He has also declared its purpose.
34:12I pray to Allah that
34:14may He enable all of us
34:16to attain the purpose of His obligatory worship.
34:20And may Allah protect us
34:22from the wealth of Taqwa.
34:24The program has come to an end.
34:26Take care of yourselves.
