Several years have passed since the fall of Ultor and the 3rd Street Saints take over Stilwater. Now the Saints have become celebrities after taking control of Ultor.

However, this doesn’t stop them from robbing a bank owned by gang leader named Phillip Loren; leader of the organisation called the Syndicate. They failed and got arrested before being released from jail by the owner of the bank they had robbed.
