Nukeateen formed in the early 90's but became popular after the release of their debut album Ozone in 1997, they were hailed as the best UK grunge band at the time being compared to Nirvana and Mudhoney on happy pills and the Beatles being covered by Mudhoney / Nirvana. They reformed in 2009 to record their back catalog of tracks. Their 3rd album will be release in summer 2011.
