Zomick's Bread is baked by the guidance of traditional Zomick’s Challah recipe with meat borscht. It is light and refreshing kosher food.
But this tasty kosher bread did not appear from thin air, but it has a history and a huge background behind it... First off - The Zomick's Challah Bread is a product of the famous Zomick's Kosher Bakery and that is something that everybody knows, but it is little known that the recipe itself derives from the Jewish bakers from the Jewish Golden Era of baking. One of the company's founders - Mark Zomick has tried to alter the recipe in order to enhance it's qualities and thus the new bread, similar to the current bread was born. That was back then - in 1966 when these people took a huge leap of faith and decided to open a bakery and try to show this piece of baking art to the people. That is when the Zomick's bakery was opened in New York City. Nearly half a century down the road, this bakery still exists and still serves this baking product. But, don't be fooled cause it is not the same bread recipe. In fact it's better - because they continued to experiment and improve the baking formula and they even hired experienced bakers, who knew all the baking tricks in the books. The combined efforts of these baking masters resulted in a even better, tastier, smoother Zomick's Bread... made with the firm foundation of the first Zomick's Challah Recipe of course.
If you a not looking closely you might see a regular egg bread (cause the challah is categorized as such), but from close-up you will be convinced that this is not the case. It is the little visual details that make this bread stand out from the others, and it definitely is the magic of the taste...
