Joe introduces and explains how to use DuraVent's Snap Lock Adapter to make a secure connection from single wall snap lock stove pipe to a DuraVent support box or wall thimble.
If you're planning on using single wall snap lock stovepipe with a DuraTech or DuraPlus chimney system this adapter will be required to create a secure connection and transition from stove pipe to class A chimney pipe at the wall or ceiling.
This adapter will snap into the ceiling support box and the other end extends down with a crimped end allowing connection to Snap Lock single wall stove pipe.
This adapter allows for a proper transition and drip-free connetion from stove pipe to class A DuraTech, DuraPlus, DuraPlus HTC, or DuraLiner chimney systems.
This adapter is available in 5-8" diameter chimney systems.
