Ariel is welcomed into the Palace where she is accompanied by Prince Eric and Grim, his royal servant. Grim asks Carlotta, their maid for dinner, who finds a mess made in the kitchen by their chef Louis. The chaos unfolds as Sebastian becomes entangled as the recipe for the chef's specialty, "Stuffed Crab".
