On December 1st, The Dooley Show, a satirical news show, which is an Emory university-funded and student-run organization, broadcast the above episode on their YouTube channel. In an attempt to create dialogue surrounding the current and ongoing Fisher v. University of Texas case, the writers of the show included a piece encouraging Emory students to "lynch, tarr, feather and burn" those students who are only at Emory "because of affirmative action."

Following the release of the piece, students and faculty at Emory University expressed deep disappointment for the actions of the writers & actors of the show and called for immediate action by the University. The students behind The Dooley Show made the video private and deleted any comments to the groups Facebook page from students about their actions. An Emory student was able to record the clip prior to its removal.

On Thursday, an apology from the Dooley Show was posted here: https://www.facebook.com/dooleyshow/posts/10151286335156950
