Cairo's Tahrir square woke to a quiet Saturday morning on a day President Mursi is expected to push ahead with talks on ways to find an end to the crisis. Egypt's main opposition leaders have vowed to boycott the discussions.

Demonstrators turned their anger towards an administrative complex in the square erecting barbed wire to prevent employees getting to work.
