Greek reforms praised by ECB's Draghi

The president of the European Central Bank has given Greece a pat on the back for the economic reforms it has made so far but Mario Draghi said there was still a lot more to do for Greece to pay off its enormous sovereign debt.
The European Commission, the IMF and the ECB form the so-called troika of lenders spearheading the Greek rescue.
