The German government is facing worldwide criticism for scrimping when it comes to rescuing the euro - but counters that it is unwilling to throw good money after bad. Germany says all countries should introduce compulsory budget discipline and, until that happens, it rejects the idea of eurobonds to communitize future borrowing.
