00:00Raise your hand or we'll come over to you with the microphone.
00:03We are of the state of Selangor. We always monitor the development of data center in Malaysia and of course
00:09in Selangor.
00:10I could say that for the past three, four years, the number of data center is increased three or four
00:16times than a year 2020 or 2021.
00:23So, water supply, yeah, we have a very good margin. We have 18% of reserve margins as now.
00:30And in the same time with the Rasau water treatment plant will be completed by end of this year.
00:36It will supply 350 million litres per day and by 2027 it can increase to 700 million litres per day.
00:45And by 2029 it has become the biggest treatment water plant in Saudi Arabia with 1,400 million litres per
00:54day.
00:54So, with that extra supply of water, we are confident we will increase the reserve margin for water more than
01:0518%.
01:06That maybe it's reaching 20 or 22% by year 2029.
01:12And the second one that we also monitor the type of data center like SDC is very high end data
01:18center.
01:19And why data center of NextDC is next to the city center?
01:25Because their supply is very important and strategic department like defense and also healthcare.
01:30So, the distance between the data center and the operation center or the operating data is very important
01:39to make sure sustainability of data and consistency of data being supplied for each activity of healthcare, for example.
01:49So, I think we have to understand which quality, which functions and what the type of data center is not
02:01blanked in one type or one sector.
02:06So, I would like to answer also that some acquisitions, this data center cost of the floods.
02:12So, with the short briefing just now, we understand that the data center of NextDC almost 100% recycle the
02:20water they are supplied.
02:21And they have air solution for cooling systems.
02:27So, it's not, I think the acquisition is quite false and not true.
02:34And my ESCO, Latu Isam, just visit that area.
02:37That because of the drainage, that we will increase and improve the quality of drainage from our local government or
02:45local Majlis Bandaraya Petang Jaya.
02:48Third one, what I try to mention, of course, the Speed Selangor policy will have any industry,
02:55including the data center and service sector in Malaysia to come.
02:59We manage to reduce the permission cross program or approval from 3 months into 1 month, from 1 month into
03:0740 days.
03:08And in the same time, to protect the national interest and SMEs, for example, we will also try to discuss
03:15with Delta Center Operator and other service sectors to fulfill the 30% local content or local SMEs for the
03:25supplier for the operation of Delta Center.
03:28So, it will make sure for the sustainability of the business.
03:37And the business is not just a data center, but also a local content supplier and local change to improve
03:44and empower our industrialization too.
03:47Thank you very much.
