The video is a revealing, and disturbing account of the actions taken by the University of Colorado at Boulder administration, on 4/20 2012. To thwart the annual 420 gathering in the "Norlin Quad", they "shut down" the campus to the public, taped off sections, surrounded it with police/security, and had ID checkpoints. This documentation shows a student's filmed perspective: entering campus, observing the police presence/showing the scale of these actions, talking with the cops, and ultimately getting arrested for peacefully standing on the grass in front of the library (note that this is a public university). The charge: TRESPASSING. The film shows the full arrest, various news coverage, student reactions, commentary; ultimately painting a picture, which words cannot fully encapsulate -- what the campus of CU-Boulder was really like that day. The issue became much bigger than that of marijuana, as it became an issue of constitutional and civil liberties.
