Libya's government says it is ready and able to try Saif al-Islam, the son of former leader Muammar Gaddafi - ignoring calls for him to be immediately handed over to the International Criminal Court in the Hague.
Libyan authorities want Saif al-Islam tried in Libya, where he could be executed if found guilty.
