Perhaps you've seen "Where's Deathlist?"

The introductory credits are cut off, unfortunately (the title "card" isn't present, but nothing really plot related occurs in the credits and the might be viewable in the "Where's Deathlist?" video). The sound had to be boosted as it was too quiet.
