THE SYSTEM WORKED WELL AND THE FLOORS LOOK GREAT!! My wife and I recommend Mr. Sandless of Knoxville without any reservations based on our experience . The Mr. Sandless team is professional, courteous and extremely driven by customer satisfaction. They did everything they said they would do and did it in a pleasing way. The floors look great and I expect them to wear well. I was hesitant initially because we have a Bruce engineered floor and I was concerned about the floor preparation method. The end result was the system worked well and the floors look great.
FLOORS LOOK BETTER THAN WHEN FIRST INSTALLED! Mr. Sandless did a super job refinishing our hardwood floors. The floors actually look better now than when they were first installed. The crew was very knowledgeable and professional and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend these folks.
