THE SYSTEM WORKED WELL AND THE FLOORS LOOK GREAT!! My wife and I recommend Mr. Sandless of Knoxville without any reservations based on our experience . The Mr. Sandless team is professional, courteous and extremely driven by customer satisfaction. They did everything they said they would do and did it in a pleasing way. The floors look great and I expect them to wear well. I was hesitant initially because we have a Bruce engineered floor and I was concerned about the floor preparation method. The end result was the system worked well and the floors look great.
