When Cari and I first started our business Fitness On The Run in 2003 a certain sharp fitness equipment salesman named Tim Adams gave us some great pointers and was instrumental in our success as trainers. Tim used to send us out to his customers' homes after they purchased a piece of equipment and we showed them how to use their new piece of fitness equipment. Usually we found out that they had some lofty goals, yet no plan of action on HOW to accomplish them. This usually resulted in us picking up new clients. Tim was extremely helpful to us as trainers and focused on giving his clients superior customer service. This always made us look good and it was great to have someone you knew you could count on. Tim took a five year hiatus, but now he is back to Thousand Oaks and I am really looking forward to working with him again!
