Here are some Upper Body Stretches For Better Posture. You should do these when warmed up, but they will help you alleviate pain caused by texting if you have “Texting Neck” or just bad neck or upper body posture.
I have been doing these stretches a few times per week and I have found them to drastically help my neck flexibility and reduce stiffness and tightness in my neck and upper back/shoulders. I hope this helps you!
