Social media sectors are expected to continue to gain popularity in 2010; companies such as Facebook, Twitter and the like are only growing in social consciousness. Google attempts to take the mobile phone world by storm with their new cell phone model the Nexus One. Not to be outdone, Apple is planning to unveil their new “tablet” device this month, however it will not be for sale until approximately mid spring. Sales may be promising for the tablet computers as many companies are now looking for alternatives and replacements for the desktop pc. Lastly, Manhattan Scientifics and the Intel Corp. are expecting plenty of positive developments in the New Year.
