00:08you should chase every lottery ticket of Jaden Daniels in the playoffs,

00:18I think you build for the long haul.
00:20I think Jaden's going to be here for the long haul.
00:22But I can at least wrap my brain around the theory there.
00:26You have to help him, though.
00:27I mean, I understand he can get hot and start doing stuff.
00:32But as I keep saying, he can't do a damn thing by himself.
00:35And you got to improve the stuff around him,
00:37and that'll make his job easier to be able to do that.
00:40If he got to lift everybody up, that's a hell of a toll to be bearing.
00:48You know what I mean?
00:49So if they improve the team while he's on a rookie,
00:53even if he gets paid, you still got to get better players.
00:58And I want people to understand,
01:00better players don't always mean top dollar.
01:04You got to get better in your scouting department.
01:06You got to get better at picking people.
01:07Because we watch a lot of teams with quarterbacks that's making money,
01:11and they're still winning games.
01:13cheesy, violent, y'all, let's try other islands.
01:14Everybody can't do it.
