00:00but the advanced research that has to be communicated that has to be educated among the
00:05all the farmers among the youth also here we will create a program and this is going to be the
00:12center
00:12of excellence for district loma and here we will utilize the innovations and best practices in
00:18the HADP. There is a lot of scope and many things that we need to go to this field and
00:26go to the field and we understand that with the center, we will start an initiative in
00:35campaign initiative program also, initiative development program also farmers will
00:39bring them here and take them to the field and I think that there is a very good input
00:45towards the development of agriculture sector and livelihoods, it will be a very good
00:51project.
00:51There are some issues here in the infrastructure, we have discussed that there are some
00:58security agencies, some encroachment here, some have some press passes, so we will
01:06meet that and we will do that and we will do that and the center, as we have told
01:09that it is a vibrant center, a place of learning and a place of excellence to make it
01:15It's a very good thing.
