00:00The NBA trading deadline is November 5th, and we're going to see one of the biggest names in the NBA, obviously, I think is going to be on the move, and you're going to see Giannis potentially leaving Milwaukee.
00:13Now here, let me throw this at you here.
00:16You know, people always talk about one of the things that LeBron James has brought to the NBA is that he has made these NBA guys like Giannis here mobile.
00:25That's one of the major contributions that LeBron James has done is where players now can pick up if they feel organizations are not building these basketball teams around them any longer.
00:38One thing you got to give credit to the NBA Players Association is this.
00:42They make these players partners now.
00:44When you give these max contracts to people like Giannis, who's making $54 million, and you're making that kind of money, you got a seat at the CEO's table.
00:57I mean, you're there with the board of directors making decisions on what you think the direction of the organization is.
01:03Now, I'll say this to you.
01:04One thing that I really love about Giannis, I love that Giannis almost went down the same lane as Abdul-Jabbar.
01:11What did Kareem do when he was in Milwaukee?
01:14Kareem was drafted out of UCLA and went to Milwaukee, and what did he do?
01:19Once they got out of Robertson in the building, they went on, and they ended up going on, and they ended up winning an NBA championship.
01:26Then he was traded to the Los Angeles Lakers, and he wanted to go back to a place where he had played his college basketball in Los Angeles where he played at UCLA.
01:36Giannis is looking for that same stuff.
01:38Now, the team that's being brought up has been the Golden State Warriors.
01:43So I will say this.
01:45Why not do this for Steph Curry on the way out the door?
01:50You did this when you brought in Kevin Durant, and it created a dynamic for those guys to go on and win an NBA championship.
01:58Steph Curry, in my opinion, has been one of the greatest basketball players and one of the most influential basketball players we have ever seen.
02:05I love game changers.
02:07This guy changed the exact way you take a look at how you play basketball in today's NBA.
02:13The three-point shot now is because of Steph Curry.
02:16The teams that are being built and how teams are being built is because of Steph Curry.
02:22He's a game changer.
02:24And why not, at the end of the day, do this?
02:28Why not go out and go and get him one last nugget when you can bring in a guy like Giannis?
02:35It's talked about that maybe Draymond Green would be part of that deal and that they would move him to Golden State.
02:41Can you imagine Steph Curry and Giannis playing together in Golden State and what that would mean on must-watch television?
02:52You know, the trading deadline is going to be an interesting time this year because we're coming down the lane here on LeBron James as well.
03:00Here's Giannis here.
03:01I mean, should he stay or should he go?
03:03You know, I mean, me, I'm old school, okay?
03:09I'm old school.
03:10I like guys starting and finishing.
03:14LeBron may be on the move.
03:16You have to be determined.
03:17But I like guys going to places starting and finishing.
03:23You know, Michael Jordan, one of the greatest things on the planet that Michael Jordan did when he was a Chicago Bull was what?
03:30He started there when the Bulls weren't very good.
03:34He would go on and win six NBA championships, and he didn't join fantasy baseball with the Chicago White Sox, and he didn't play baseball.
03:44God knows if that team would end up winning maybe eight championships in a row.
03:49Jordan went there, started a task, and finished a task.
03:53I'm a huge fan of that.
03:55And to see Giannis potentially moving from Milwaukee to go to a team like Golden State, and we're hearing, too, also that Golden State right now is in a position where nobody is safe on that roster right now.
04:10So, everybody's movable in that organization except for Steph Curry.
04:17Think of the dynamic.
04:19The best one-two punch that we maybe could have seen since Pippen and Michael Jordan could be this here.
04:26But you're talking about a big man, and you're talking about one of the greatest, if not the greatest, perimeter shooter of all time.
04:33You put Steph Curry's name into some of the greatest shooters from outside of all time.
04:39Jerry West, you throw him into that conversation.
04:42Obviously, Michael Jordan.
04:44Some of the greatest shooters that you'll ever have.
04:47Iceman George Girving.
04:48These are some of the greatest shooters of all time, and I say Steph Curry revolutionized the game on what you see in the NBA today.
04:56Make no mistake about it, guys.
04:59The moving of Giannis, and if they do move him, it's going to change the game.
05:06My point would be also don't move him to Philadelphia.
05:09We have that unmovable snow cone there in Joel Embiid, who has been a stiff.
05:17I don't care he's won the MVP.
05:20The one thing he hasn't won is significant games in Philadelphia.
05:25Daryl Morey's trying to move Giannis to Philadelphia and team him up with Joel Embiid.
05:32Biggest mistake of his career if he ever went to Philadelphia.
