00:02A day where the weather just may have an impact on a football match that has been much anticipated.
00:10It's dry at the moment, but the forecast is that it will be wet, perhaps very wet, by the time
00:17the game is underway,
00:19and certainly by the time of the second half.
00:21The crowd, though, are here, and they are in good form.
00:24There's a right old real chance!
00:26Point blank header!
00:28Goal!
00:30There is the breakthrough!
00:37Moy at his razor-sharp best there.
00:40Well, Peter, you can't teach that.
00:42You either have it or you don't.
00:43His anticipation is on another level to everyone else's.
00:46Superb.
00:47Let's have a bass here.
00:50There is.
01:21Milan go ahead, one goal to the good.
01:30Milan are simply a class apart in the corresponding fixture last season.
01:35They dismantled their opponents.
01:38Floats one over.
01:40He acknowledges that he should have come up with something better there.
01:43The movement was good, but the pass lacked authority.
01:48Goyos!
01:50He's pulled off a fine save.
01:52Well, you can't ask for much more than that.
01:55A difficult moment he simply had to deal with.
02:01Great leap!
02:03Decent attempt, but not quite good enough.
02:21And the shots!
02:24Oh, that's a terrific save from the keeper.
02:27Oh, that's a sparkling save.
02:29Absolutely sparkling.
02:30His reflexes were ultra sharp.
02:33Gets his head to it!
02:36No, he didn't quite meet it right.
02:41Atalanta, quick to defend their manager in the wake of criticisms leveled at him in recent days.
02:47Look, some of the scrutiny is a bit over the top these days, and you're damned if you do, and
02:52damned if you don't.
02:53But he really didn't help himself.
02:54His decision-making was puzzling, to say the least.
02:59And that will go straight through to the keeper.
03:10Well played, he saw that coming.
03:13Let's put a stop to that.
03:16Oh, it's Iličić.
03:28Moy hits that long.
03:30Decent-looking ball.
03:32He's one-on-one shapes to shoot!
03:36A potential goal of the season, contender.
03:39If only.
03:40Well, the run was really impressive.
03:42The finish was depressive.
03:44And expectations were not met.
03:49Well, they would seem to be trying to expose the centre of that defence to runners.
03:54Makes for some...
03:55He's pulled him up for that challenge.
04:03More than happy to take the muscular approach.
04:07Regardless of the outcome, it is good to see someone running at the defence like that.
04:14Gets away, goes for goal!
04:16They've scored!
04:20Two to the good!
04:21They have breathing space!
04:27Finishing doesn't come simpler than that.
04:29Bang in front of goal.
04:31Yeah, I really can't say enough as to how good the final ball was.
04:36It took the defence out of the equation for that split moment.
04:39And the damage was all done.
04:58Milan, to have a couple of goals without reply.
05:01It's two-nil.
05:02Well, with this kind of authority, Peter, why not push on and totally kill this off?
05:08Foot in.
05:10He's picked him out.
05:12Could move up a key.
05:13And...
05:14Goal!
05:16Goal!
05:26Goal!
05:27Right.
05:28That's a foul.
05:29Free kickstring given.
05:31Goal!
05:32Goal!
05:35Goal!
05:37Goal!
05:41Goal!
05:42Goal!
05:43Goal!
05:43Goal!
05:47Goal!
05:48Goal!
05:49Goal!
05:49And he nearly went all the way.
05:51Well, at least the crowd are appreciative of his efforts.
05:58Goal!
06:02Goal!
06:03Goal!
06:04Goal!
06:04Oh, he's got that completely wrong.
06:08That was good defensive pressure to give him less manoeuvring room.
06:12Goal!
06:14Castledine.
06:17Goyos gets the better of his man.
06:20Can he shoot?
06:21Has a goal!
06:23And more, and more, and more!
06:27And already they're looking to run away with it.
06:32Simplicity itself.
06:34I just think it's clever positioning from clever movement.
06:37And when all of that is synchronized with the right pass, that's what happens.
07:01Milan take a three goal lead and they are romping out of sight.
07:05Well, they're very much the better team at the moment, Peter, and no doubt we'll be looking to cause even
07:12more damage here.
07:14Goal!
07:16Goal!
07:22Goal!
07:24Goal!
07:26Goal!
07:30Goal!
07:33Goal!
07:37Goal!
07:38Goal!
07:39Goal!
07:41Goal!
07:42Goal!
07:43Goal!
07:45Goal!
07:47Goal!
07:47Goal!
07:50Goal!
07:51Goal!
07:54Castledine
07:59Goyos
08:01Really well taken goal
08:03Hot knife through butter
08:05They have done it again
08:12Perfect placement
08:13The one place the keeper couldn't reach
08:15Well I think two keepers
08:17Would have had a hard time keeping that one out
08:19Never mind one
08:20There was real venom in the strike
08:21And clear composure from the placement
08:49Things looking so easy
08:51Almost too easy here
08:53Well unsurprisingly Peter
08:55The opposition look completely stunned
08:57I'm not sure they can gather themselves
09:00Chip through
09:04Timely intervention
09:06And himself in for trouble there
09:08Free kick
09:08Give it away
09:11Well he can't say now
09:13That he hasn't been warned
09:18Gets it upfield
09:40Castledine
09:42Plays it out to the wing
09:44Going through
09:46Goes for goal
09:47It's broken loose
10:02Has a look and has a go
10:11Castledine
10:12Castledine
10:15Just brushed off the ball there
10:17Referee has just said play on
10:21Has a pop
10:23Oh there was plenty on that
10:25Well it was hit with great power Peter
10:28But sadly not great precision
10:43Moy already of course on the score sheet
10:48Has a hit
10:50Has a hit
10:50Has a hit
11:16One more to come
11:18He's made it two
11:20And no doubt he's hungry for more
11:44It's become a case of men against boys
11:51And it's Ilicic
11:54That's great strength on the ball
11:56He's gone for it
12:24Forward it goes
12:27It's been intercepted
12:29And that will come to nothing
12:43Castledine
12:45Goyos
12:45And he's away
12:47Going for goal
12:49It's in
12:52All too easy
12:53They are in danger of disappearing out of sight
13:01Well I wasn't expecting him to go this big Peter
13:04But they have been superb
13:08He snaffles his third
13:09And that earns him the match ball
13:11Oh he's been unstoppable in this match
13:14Every single time he's been in possession
13:15He's looked a threat
13:23All too easy
13:27With his funds
13:27He's been successive
13:30He's a traitor
13:30Hooray
13:31of thousands
13:31Of thousands
13:32Of thousands
13:34pigeon
13:35Of thousands
13:36of thousands
13:37Thousands
13:40of thousands
13:43of thousands
13:45of thousands
13:46of thousands
13:46of thousands
13:50Well, it's been a
13:53There's the end of the first half
13:55Well, that flew by
13:57It was breathless stuff
13:58It's been one-way traffic here
14:00After the first 45 minutes
14:02A relentless barrage
14:04That looks set to continue
14:06Milan have been
14:08More or less perfect
14:09I would say
14:10Their managers all smiles
14:12And
14:12And Koyos
14:15And he's steered it beyond the post
14:17Milan just served up a reminder
14:19Of how good they can be on the break
14:21Their method is clear
14:33Looses his balance
14:34And loses the ball
14:37Had a bit of throw-in
14:44Oh, well intercepted
14:45Really alerts the danger
14:50For a moment
14:51You felt that was going somewhere
14:53But they'll have to go again
15:01Calicuri
15:01And they've been caught out here
15:03Koyos for the shots
15:18And he's spooned it over the bar
15:37Tries to get it forward quickly
15:42Well positioned to make that interception
15:48Koyos
15:50And he's missed it
15:51Oh, no, that was a chance
15:53What a chance
16:06Ballkeeper's ball
16:17Blades it over to the other flank
16:18And that's a foul
16:24Simple decision for the referee
16:36Keeper is beating it away
16:40He's had a shot
16:45And it's played forward
16:47Castle Dine
16:48He gets past his man
16:53Oh, it's opened up nicely for him
16:56He's good for it
16:59Goal
17:01And again
17:02They pile on the misery
17:06Listen
17:07When you're on an invitation
17:08To improve your goal difference
17:10Weighs off
17:13Four in the game
17:15He is the man
17:39Josip Inicic
17:42It's always a good time to register
17:44And lay down an early mark
17:46Looks a foul
17:47Yep
17:47Referee's given it
18:02Referee's awarded a free kick
18:10He's gone for the shots
18:15For us
18:20He's made good progress
18:21From a deep position
18:23It's a fine run
18:24And he's happy to keep going
18:27It's one
18:28Oh, real danger here
18:31Oh, he's managed to get himself
18:33Offside
18:50And no
18:50That is pretty much
18:51The end of that
18:54And
18:55Goyos
18:57He's put his foot
18:58Right through that one
19:11Forward it goes
19:19Rice with the challenge
19:20And he has given away a free kick
19:40And here's Ilicic
19:43Yeah, that does look a foul
19:45Referee's given a free kick
19:55That's a case of crossing
19:57And hope
19:57Unless they provide
19:59Some more options
20:00It'll be more missed than hit
20:01Goyos
20:04Over to the left
20:07And that's
20:08Oh, that is asking for trouble
20:10Big chance
20:11Must be
20:12Room for a
20:13Tries a shot
20:14And in it goes
20:19And still they continue
20:20With the onslaught
20:26Well, I think we've gone past
20:28Humiliation now
20:29This could be doing
20:29Some real psychological damage
20:34His second of the game
20:35And an eye now
20:36For the hat-trick
21:00No doubt
21:01As to who has the momentum
21:02Here now
21:02The only doubt
21:03Is how many is coming
21:10He's played him through
21:14Chance
21:16And a shot
21:18Back of the net
21:22A contest
21:23No more
21:24It is nothing short
21:25Of utter humiliation
21:31It's part of the game
21:32Peter
21:32It has to get ruthless
21:33Sympathy
21:34Just doesn't play a part
22:03Atalanta
22:04Are making a change
22:05Now
22:12Well, unsurprisingly
22:13Peter
22:14The opposition
22:14Looked completely stunned
22:16I'm not sure
22:17They can gather themselves
22:19That's an untidy challenge
22:21Free kick given
22:34And that is put
22:35Pay to that
22:37Atalanta
22:38Appeared determined
22:39To play through the middle
22:40Again
22:41And guess what
22:42It's the same result
22:46Defense has got rid of that
22:50This defense is
22:51Is weary
22:51About opposition
22:52Pace
22:53So they're just not getting to
22:55Castledine
22:57Knocks it away
23:00A kitchen
23:03Well, the moans and groans
23:05From the stands
23:05Now are very audible
23:13Castledine
23:14Gorgeous control there
23:16Chance
23:18That has faded wide
23:20Oh, look
23:21I don't want to sound
23:21Too dismissive
23:23But from here
23:23That looks
23:24The harder thing to do
23:32The road
23:35And it's De Scilio
23:42Castledine
23:45Going through
23:46Striding forward
23:48Facing goal
23:48Oh, shooting chance
23:50He scores
23:54This is as ruthless
23:56As it gets
24:01Well, I think
24:02We've gone past
24:03Humiliation
24:04Now
24:04This could be doing
24:05Some real
24:06Psychological damage
24:09How many more
24:11Does he want
24:31Well, it's
24:32It's been an absolutely
24:34Fabulous spell
24:35For them
24:35And they're starting
24:36To look unstoppable
24:37There could be
24:38More on the way
24:44Ekechi
24:45Ekechi
24:50Hoists it forward
24:52Good interception
24:54He's making a real
24:56Search on the left
24:57He's left his man
25:00Can he find a finish now
25:03What a ball
25:04This has turned out
25:05To be
25:05And the finish
25:07No, it's right
25:09Do I really need to tell you
25:10Peter
25:11That he has to do better
25:12Especially
25:13Especially from there
25:19The
25:20Chilio
25:21It's all a little short
25:23Of forward momentum
25:25Lacking thrust
25:32Goyos
25:34This is promising
25:38Could be thinking
25:39About a shot
25:40Hit
25:40Shoots
25:41They've done it
25:45Well, surely
25:46That completes
25:46The demolition
25:47If it hadn't
25:48Occurred already
25:53Well, I wasn't
25:54Expecting him
25:55To go this big
25:56Peter
25:56But they have
25:57Been superb
26:00He's made it
26:01Three
26:01Quite a day
26:02At the office
26:03For him
26:03Well, he's been
26:04The outstanding
26:04Player on the pitch
26:05And devastating
26:06In front of the goal
26:07What a display
26:08What a player
26:43Well, they're very much
26:44The better team
26:45At the moment
26:46Peter
26:46And no doubt
26:47We'll be looking
26:48To cause even
26:49More damage
26:49Here
26:54Castledine
26:56Goyos
26:57Castledine
26:58Castledine
27:00In it goes
27:04Well, just another
27:05One to add
27:06To what has
27:07Already been
27:07An incredible
27:08Haul
27:14Listen
27:14When you're
27:15On an invitation
27:15To improve
27:16Your goal
27:17Difference
27:17Why he's off
27:18Why he's off
27:47Now
27:47The only doubt
27:48Is how many
27:49Is coming
27:56That's a throw
28:02That's not gonna make it
28:06Castledine
28:07Goios
28:17It's in itch
28:23And it's got through
28:25A serbi
28:26It's giving away
28:27A free kick
28:41Atalanta
28:41Atalanta
28:41Could have here
28:42Their final chance
28:50Up to meet it
28:52Up to meet it
28:52It's there
28:57A wonderful delivery
28:59And all it needed
29:01Was a touch
29:01Well look
29:02It's often the timing
29:04Of the jump
29:04That dictates
29:05What you can do
29:06With any header
29:06And if you get it
29:07Slightly wrong
29:08Then you'll struggle
29:09But that was
29:10Beautifully met
29:11It really was
29:35Atalanta
29:36Playing for pride here
29:37The match
29:38Surely beyond them
29:44Tries to get it
29:45Forward quickly
29:49Goios
29:49There he goes
29:51Motoring forward
29:54And that
29:55Is that
