If you had to pick just one: a 10x mindset, a 12-week deadline, tactical empathy, atomic habits, or hiring a "Who"? Which one would change your life the fastest? 👇

This video covers five books that approach growth from completely different angles, but they all point to the same conclusion: working harder is rarely the answer. The first is "10x Is Easier Than 2x" by Dan Sullivan and Dr. Benjamin Hardy. The counterintuitive idea here is that aiming for 10x growth forces you to simplify and focus, while aiming for 2x just makes you do more of the same things that already are not working . Sullivan argues that 10x is a process of expanding your freedom in time, money, relationships, and purpose, not just a bigger number .
Next is "The 12 Week Year" by Brian P. Moran and Michael Lennington. The core idea is simple: stop planning on a 12-month cycle and compress your execution into 12 weeks. When a "year" is only 12 weeks long, there is no time to get complacent, and urgency increases . Then we move to "Never Split the Difference" by Chris Voss, a former FBI hostage negotiator. Voss shows that negotiation is emotional, not logical, and teaches tools like tactical empathy, mirroring, and calibrated questions to influence outcomes in business and in life .The fourth book is "Atomic Habits" by James Clear. Clear's argument is that you do not rise to the level of your goals; you fall to the level of your systems . Tiny 1% improvements compound into remarkable results, and the book gives a practical framework (the Four Laws of Behavior Change) for making good habits obvious, attractive, easy, and satisfying . Finally, we return to Dan Sullivan with "Who Not How". The shift here is to stop asking "How can I do this?" and start asking "Who can do this for me?" . Building a team of "Whos" frees up your time and allows you to pursue goals that would be impossible alone.
