00:09But the SAVE Act is even more important, and that's the right.
00:14You have to be a citizen of our country.
00:16Okay, you have to show you're a citizen of our country, called citizenship.
00:21Voter ID by photo, photo voter ID, and no mail-in ballots,
00:26unless you're in the military disabled, you're ill or you're away,
00:30or even on a vacation, we're being very open about it.
00:33It's pretty easy, and we'll have honest elections.
00:37But the ruling, which a lot of people were waiting for,
00:40that was a ruling that was, I think it was very detrimental to honest elections.
00:46Everybody should vote for this.
00:48This is the SAVE America Act.
00:52Voter ID with photo, ideally,
00:54but voter ID, proof of citizenship,
00:58and no mail-in ballots, which is, to my way of thinking,
01:02maybe the most important of all, because it's so corrupt.
01:05But you have exceptions if you're away,
01:08exceptions for the military,
01:11they're deployed, exceptions.
01:14Illness, disability, you have exceptions, strong exceptions.
01:18But the cheating on the ballots, the mail-in ballots,
01:20Jimmy Carter said it a long time ago, he said you can't have mail-in ballots.
01:23He headed up a committee with Scoop, Jackson, and others.
01:27All respected.
01:28And he actually, I think it was Jimmy Carter's finest moment.
01:31Not, not doing president.
01:34But he headed up a committee, and he said,
01:36he came out with a strong conclusion that,
01:38if you do mail-in ballots, there's going to be cheating.
01:41France gave it up.
01:42We're the only country in the world that does this type of mail-in ballot.
01:45There's no other country in the world.
01:47You know why?
01:47They tried it, and it was totally dishonest.
01:50And it's really dishonest.
01:52So, we shouldn't do mail-in ballots.
01:55So, it's not too much to ask for voter ID, proof of citizenship, and no mail-in ballots.
