00:12really pull it off so I want to see if I can do it myself so I've learned amazing
00:17things from all your videos about colored eyeshadow but I want something
00:22super quick that's different and colorful well mascara is the way to go because
00:26it's an instant transformation of makeup and it's super low maintenance violet or
00:30purple mascara this is my favorite for you because you've got such beautiful
00:34color in your eyes violets and purples are great for bringing out green but they
00:39also are a beautiful way to lighten any complexion from the lightest to the
00:43darkest skins violets and purples always work so that's what I want to show you
00:48awesome I'm excited good let's go what I like to do is bend the brush take off my
00:54excess and then I bring it right over to the eye and with colored mascara I like
01:00to focus it on the top lash so I start right at the root pull it right through
01:05from root to tip and then I brush over the top of the lash as well and then I
01:10just hit it back out at the inner corner to give me that beautiful lash look if
01:16you really want to get impact with color you can take a small fan brush and hit
01:21that color again right at the root it just gives you a little more saturation
01:26I really love this I love the subtlety but I notice like a huge difference my
01:32eyes seem a lot brighter colored mascara is a really simple way to bump up any look
01:36but it's subtle for every skin tone I also didn't apply mascara on the bottom and
01:40people always ask me why sometimes especially if your shape and size of your
01:44eye that darker color on the bottom is gonna make it look smaller and we really
01:48want this eye to look open I'm definitely gonna bring this back to the office with
01:52everybody else well I can't wait
