00:00What do you do when your best friend isn't speaking to you?
00:04Now, it really depends why your best friend's not speaking to you, but in my opinion, I
00:08think the easiest way to get through a sort of rough patch with a friend is to just be
00:13honest and open and upfront with how you're feeling.
00:16So if you've reached out to a friend and they're not being responsive or really not giving
00:21you anything, I think the best option is to just tell them you're there, you're ready
00:26to talk, you're open to them and their feedback or their feelings and just wait and hang out
00:32until they're ready because you can't force someone to get over something or force someone
00:37to understand something until they're ready to do it.
00:39And if you're upset with your friend and you don't understand what's going on or don't
00:44understand their opinion, take a minute, really think about it before you start spreading gossip
00:49about something that you're not fully in tune with.
00:53It can be easy to want to complain to another friend when you have one friend that's like
00:58not behaving the way you want, but adding one more person into the mix is only going to
01:03make things really complicated.
01:05So keep it between the two of you and really try to figure out what's going on because the
01:09only people who are going to make your relationship work is you and the other person.
01:14Just a thought.
