00:00Hi everyone, I'm Alisha and this is Beauty in a Snap.
00:04We're gonna make our eyes look like neon signs because this is neon makeup.
00:14I'm gonna just dive right in and begin by priming my eyes.
00:18This is the Urban Decay Primer Potion in the shade Eden.
00:21You want to do this all over the lid because we're gonna be going up almost to the brow.
00:25Now that my lids are primed
00:27I'm gonna go in with a black shadow stick and liner to just cover my entire lid.
00:31And because we're trying to create the illusion of neon
00:34I want to create a light line in between the two areas of black
00:39for me to go in with my shadows and make it really pop.
00:42Blend, blend, blend.
00:44Now I'm gonna set everything with just a plain black shadow.
00:49I'm gonna go in with a little bit of eye makeup remover and just clean everything up.
00:54Now we're ready to move on to the fun part, color.
00:57I'm gonna go in with a liner to block out the areas where I want the color to go.
01:04Next I'm going to apply two different cream shadows to really make this pop.
01:11Now I'm going to take a little bit of shadow over top of the cream to set it.
01:15You want to go a little bit lower and blend because the idea here is that there's a glow around
01:20the neon.
01:23Now that this is all blended I'm gonna go in with the liners to really create the neon look that
01:28we're going for.
01:30This is the tricky part so take your time.
01:36For the finishing touch that's really going to bring the look together I'm going to use a white liquid liner
01:41and just go over my handiwork.
01:45And I'm gonna go in with just a little bit of black liner.
01:50Now to finish up the look I'm gonna go in with a colored mascara on my bottom lashes
01:54and some fake lashes on the top for some drama.
01:57The trick to getting a good lash application is making sure that you let the glue dry
02:01for at least 30 seconds to a minute before applying.
02:05I'm gonna finish up my brows and then I'm entirely done with my eyes.
02:11So I'm just gonna go on really quickly and just even out my complexion.
02:15You don't want to do anything too overboard since this is such an extreme eye look
02:19but you do want to just make sure your skin is perfect so this really pops.
02:26And for the final touch just to hit a lip gloss.
02:31And there you have it dramatic neon makeup done.
02:35This is definitely not an everyday look so if you're bold enough I suggest you go for it.
02:49Hey guys it's Yumi.
02:51My first step is going to be priming my eyes to create a base for this look.
02:57Next I'm going to create the base for the corner of the black.
03:06And blend that out.
03:09Now I'm going to just add black.
03:14I'm also going to brush some black in the corners of my eyes with the same eye shadow.
03:23Now I'm going to go in with my neon color and paint on the neon lines.
03:33I'm going to go in with a second neon color and blend it just into the corners.
03:41Oh I like that.
03:44I'm just going to do one more neon line on the inner corners.
03:49Now I'm going to go back in with black and just outline the neon lines that I just created.
04:00I'm just going to touch up with the pink one more time.
04:03Now I'm going to add a white liquid liner on top of all the lines I just did with the
04:08pink and purple.
04:15I'm just going to go in with pink and black one more time to do the last cleanup.
04:22I'm just going to put a light pink shadow all over my lid where the black isn't.
04:32Now I'm going to apply my black liner the way I usually would.
04:43I'm going to go in with the thicker black liner I used for my base.
04:48And that's how I'm going to rim my bottom lash line.
04:51And then I'm just going to blend that out.
04:54And I'm going to take a q-tip and just do a little bit of cleanup.
04:59As a final step I'm just going to curl my lashes and do my mascara.
05:05And I'm done.
05:06I got this neon makeup look only using a few products from my makeup bag.
