1) Apply a neutral base on your eye. 2) Apply a red shadow on, leaving room along your eye line. 3) Draw a red wing on the corner of your eye. 4) Line the right side of the lid with a dark blue. 5) Line the left side of your lid with light blue. 6) Draw on yellow on your upper outer corner. 7) Apply white to your lower outer corner. 8) Apply purple to your waterline. 9) Draw little purple lashes underneath your eye. 10) Use a black liner to create faux lashes in the purple. 11) Apply mascara.
