Up for a more intense plank challenge? Try dipping your hips from side-to-side. Keep your center pulled in for more support — and we can all use a little support! How does that song go? When I dip, you dip, we dip.

00:08Planks in general are great for your core. They work your abs and butt. The movement to
00:14the right and left on this move really works your obliques. Start in forearm plank. Drop your hips
00:21to the right until they touch the floor or come close to it. Return to start and repeat on the
00:27opposite side. Continue alternating sides. Make sure to keep your abs pulled in and don't let
00:32your back arch while you're doing it. And if you think about keeping your glutes engaged,
00:36that will help you stay stable. It's not just about the abs, it's about the butt too.
