1) Apply primer to lids. 2) Use angled brush to apply liner over the inner half of the lid. 3) Delicately outline a triangular section that you will not be filling in. 4) Fill in the remainder outside of the outlined area. 5) Apply black eyeshadow over the liner. 6) Clean up with cotton swab and makeup remover if necessary.
