1. Blot the lips with a tissue. 2. Apply a concealer or foundation to the lips. 3. Add a clear gloss to the center. 4. Use powder on the outer corners for a more matte finish. 5. Pat glitter on till desired level of sparkle. Pro tip - vaseline works here too
