00:02Hey everyone, it's Taylor with Refinery29. Today I'm going to show you how to do a full face of
00:07makeup in five minutes or less. The key to getting a quick makeup look is to choose products that
00:13are versatile and dimensional. So today I'm going to be using the Hourglass Veil Oil-Free
00:18Full Coverage Foundation. To save time, I'm going to squirt it on my hand before I apply it. And
00:25using a fluffy blending brush, picking up from my hand, I'm just going to blend the foundation
00:30where I need it, which for some people won't be your whole face. But because I want to use
00:38as little of concealer as possible, I'm going to try to get as much coverage as I can with
00:43the foundation. I like using a fluffy brush because it ends up sort of blending out any
00:49lines and creases that you'll get from using a regular foundation brush, which again is
00:54going to save you time. Now time for concealer. Today I'm going to be using the Tarte Maracuja
01:00Creaseless Concealer. And I'm just going to apply this wherever the foundation didn't get. So
01:06specifically under the eye and any redness around my nose.
01:17This stuff is really, really full coverage. So a little bit goes a long way.
01:26Now since we're doing a five minute face, we're going to skip bronzer, but we want a blush that's
01:30going to be brightening and lifting. So today I'm going to be using the Benefit Coralista Blush.
01:35This is a neutral peachy color that has a lot of shimmer to it. I'm just going to be using
01:41a basic
01:42blush brush for this, but going higher up on the cheekbones. You'll probably be tempted to go into
01:49the apples of the cheek, but we really want to waken up the face. So the higher up, the better.
01:55Now it's time for the eyes. For the eyes, I'm only going to use one product, but we're going to
01:59build
01:59it as we go. So I'm going to be using the Illusion d'Hombre by Chanel in Illusoire. This is
02:05a really
02:05unique formula. It's actually cream to powder. And the color that I've chosen is really neutral. It's
02:10not too warm and it's not too cool. So it's going to work on every skin tone. I'm going to
02:15start by
02:15applying it with my finger really close to the lash line. And then we'll use a brush to kind of
02:19blend
02:19it out. This stuff is great too because you don't need an eye primer with it. And I'm just going
02:29to
02:29put this on the lid right up to the crease. It sort of turns into a powder as you work
02:33with it, so it's
02:34really easy to blend out. Now that I've applied it as I want it, I'm going to go in with
02:43a fluffy brush
02:44and just kind of put it into the crease a little bit more heavy on the outer corners. I'm going
02:52right into the crease just below the brow bone to kind of show more definition when the eye is open
02:56as well. Since we're skipping eyeliner, the key is to get a super volumizing mascara that's going to
03:01sort of add definition to the base of the lashes. So today I'm going to be using the Pixi Large
03:06Lash
03:06Mascara. Now this brush is pretty big, so I'm going to concentrate it really close to my lash line
03:14and just flick it out as I go. This is going to create the illusion that there is eyeliner and
03:22definition on the lid. So for the lips, I'm going to use a neutral pencil to fill in the whole
03:34lip and
03:35create more definition. And we're going to top it off with a brightening lip gloss. So I'm going to be
03:40using the Victoria's Secret lip pencil in nude. And I'm just going to kind of put it on haphazardly
03:45because I'm going to blend it out with my finger in a second.
03:54The key is to just get a little color on the lip and a little bit of definition.
04:04And the lip gloss I'm going to be using is the Lola Lip Gloss called Muse. It's a brightening neutral
04:09color that's going to sort of pull the whole look together. And I like to go in with pencil once
04:20I'm done
04:21with that as well. And there you have it, a full face in less than five minutes. So you can
04:33sleep in
04:33and still look great.
